SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Times

  • Handmade items (such as custom lures and woodwork): ship within 3–5 business days.

  • Print-on-demand items (such as apparel and accessories): ship within 5–10 business days, as these are produced once your order is placed.

Shipping Rates

  • Free U.S. shipping on orders over $50.

  • Orders under $50: flat rate shipping of $6.

  • International shipping is available; rates are calculated at checkout and may vary by location.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Handmade/custom products: all sales are final due to the custom nature of these items.

  • Print-on-demand items: may be returned within 30 days if unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will replace or refund the item at no cost to you.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is required at the time of purchase. Taxes and shipping will be calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including errors in product listings or availability.

4. Shipping
We ship orders according to the timelines outlined in our Shipping & Returns Policy. Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Dutchy’s VT Fishing is not responsible for delays or issues outside of our control.

5. Returns & Refunds
Our Returns Policy applies to all purchases. Handmade/custom items are final sale. Print-on-demand items may be returned within 30 days under the conditions listed in the Shipping & Returns Policy.

All images, designs, logos, and content on this website are the property of Dutchy’s VT Customs. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability
All products are intended for recreational fishing use. Dutchy’s VT Fishing is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages arising from the use or misuse of our products.
